HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The shipping time consists of two sections - 

  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received. 
  • Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses. 

We use a high security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and 5econds. This extends our processing time to 5 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfil orders.

Following this your package will arrive between 10-20 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 1½ -4 Weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. You can contact us at info@bigstreet.com

Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

-Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit.

-We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
